Yolanda Mansell

Managing Director / Owner

Yolanda Mansell is the Managing Director/Owner of DFC Property Management. The business ownership commenced when the country went into lock down during covid, which caused somewhat of a challenging start. Nonetheless her strong work ethic and longstanding professional career in business management, and business administration education as well as higher education in surveying practice helped navigate the challenges in a successful way.

Since taking ownership, Yolanda has restructured and revitalised the company—introducing automation, overhauling outdated systems, streamlining compliance, and embedding a culture of performance and progress. Yet for all the transformation, one thing has remained unchanged: DFC’s unwavering commitment to transparency, professionalism, and integrity.

Those values were instilled by the company’s original founder – a valued mentor, a friend, and now a client. Yolanda continues to draw inspiration from his leadership and technical/professional knowledge and has deliberately built on his foundation with care and respect. His legacy is part of the company’s DNA, and remains central to how DFC operates today.

Yolanda’s leadership style is driven by high standards and human values. She believes in clear communication, consistent delivery, and empowering others to take ownership of their work. A perfectionist by nature and a problem-solver by instinct, she leads with resilience, empathy, and an unshakeable belief in doing things properly.

Yolanda is a perfectionist and very competitive! Showing sheer determination and resilience in all areas of life. She admires like-minded individuals with strong work values and ethics, particularly working mums. All this is reflected in how she runs her company and personal life, always pushing for improved standards of service, results and always thriving to succeed no matter the obstacles life throws in!

Yolanda has immense respect and value for her team and sees them as the greatest and most valuable asset, and is therefore incredibly protective over their wellbeing. When not in the office you will find her spending time with her boys, training in the gym, practicing yoga, dance, surfing and supporting the boys’ local football team or immersed in some sporty activity/event.

Nikki

Accounts Manager

Nikki is our Accounts Manager and an integral part of the team, with a staggering 37+ years of Accounting experience and the longest serving team member.

She has seen the business progress from strength to strength over the last 15 years and has significantly contributed to its success. Yolanda knows how very lucky we are to have her as part of the team. Nikki’s loving and bubbly personality shines bright in all her dealings and the attention to our Clients, Leaseholders and Contractors.

With an incredible caring nature and cracking sense of humour she has helped Yolanda laugh her way through challenging times, creating a fun and witty office banter whilst being proactive all at once.

Whilst away from the office, Nikki enjoys spending time with family and friends and worshiping the sun!

 Vicky

Business Development Manager / Property Manager

Vicky has an important hybrid role as the Business Development Manager & Property Manager due to her varied industry experience, client relationships, and admirable work ethic!

Having acquired 20+ years of experience within the property industry, which started off in the new build sector, followed by a move into the lettings world and in the last 10 years focused on block management whilst at DFCPM. Her seasoned experience within the property industry has given Vicky an incredible amount of experience, adaptability and technical skills.

Her technical knowledge, dedication and attention to detail has been seen throughout the years during several business development strategies and projects over the last 10 years and has significantly contributed to business growth and success. Actively creating new processes and leading change throughout the property management department and staff engagement initiatives her role is key.

Yolanda knows how very lucky we are to have her as part of the team and admires her work ethic and high standard of work.

When not in the office you will find her spending time with family and friends.
